Glimmers of Gratitude is a 90-day guided gratitude journal, encouraging you to find the glimmers and reasons to be grateful in every day.

How to use this journal:
Start the day with some quiet reflection on how you are feeling. Then focus on one or more affirmations to uplift your day. Next, describe one or more "Glimmers" in your day. Don't worry if you have a hard time finding some at first. Once your brain adjusts to start seeking them, you will see them more and more. The final section is for you to find one thing from your day in each of the listed categories - Work/School, Home, and Family/Friends - the most prominent areas of our lives. Sometimes it is easier to find gratitude in one of these areas that is going well while remaining dissatisfied with the other areas. That is why it is important to find something in these important aspects of our daily life to be grateful for each day.
