Refund Policy

Services - There are no refunds for energy healing or peer support services. As outlined in the cancellation policy at booking, sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled at any time but those cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 for hours prior may have additional fees for late cancellations.

Products - Refunds for physical and digital products are as follows:

     - Digital Products: There are no returns or replacements for digital products.

     - Physical Products: 

          - If item arrives damaged, a claim must be filed with the shipping carrier. Items are shipped

             insured and as such a claim must be filed for damaged items.

          - There are no returns or replacements for physical products due to the customization of the                     energy work infused into each piece specifically for you once you order.
